Many legal clients do when they see those charges on their bills after paying their lawyers in most cases in excess of $200.00 per hour.  Most of us realize that there are costs associated with making copies or sending faxes. In fact, most of us do not mind paying those costs. However, we do object to being a profit center. So what should you do as a client when this happens to you? The answer is simple, complain loudly.
